St.James Court is a development of 24 one and two bedroom flats located not far from Blackheath in South East London. Constructed in the early Sixties it was typical of a new drive for modern apartment-style accommodation for first-time buyers or those looking to scale down. Commercially managed for its first twenty-five years, in
1986 the residents established an independent company to purchase the freeehold and thereafter put the building
in the hands of the flat owners who continue in that role today.
Now, in a step to take advantage of contemporary means of communication we introduce this webspace which provides us with a forum to share our Articles of Association and CCTV Reules & Policies and to let residents know the best ways to make contact in regard to any issues they wish to raise.
